1. No Liability

Insanux and its administrators shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of this website/server or from any content posted by users. Users agree to indemnify and hold Insanux harmless from any claims arising from their use of the server or their violation of these ToS.

2. Content Removal

Insanux administrators reserve the right to remove any content that violates these ToS or Discord’s Community Guidelines and to take action against users who violate these terms, including banning users from the server.

3. Insanux is Not a Company

Insanux is a community-run server and is not a registered company or business entity. It is managed by volunteers who dedicate their time to maintaining the server. We are not liable for the actions or content of our staff or volunteers.

Terms of Service

1. License Grant

This copy of Project: ALM (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") and accompanying documentation is licensed to you and not sold. The Software is protected by copyright laws and treaties, as well as laws and treaties related to other forms of intellectual property. Insanux or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers (collectively "Insanux") own intellectual property rights in the Software.

2. License Terms

By downloading, using, copying, or modifying the Software, you ("the Licensee" or "you") agree to comply with these terms and conditions:

Usage Rights:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Restrictions:

• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software without explicit permission from Insanux.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by law.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Insanux does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Insanux OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

5. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts.

7. Changes to Terms

Insanux reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Software following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
